The Saint Patrick's Day Parade is THIS Saturday March 13th (form up starts at 8:30 am, parade starts at 10:00). Meet at the vacant lot on Main Street, directly across from Black Hills Federal Credit Union.

The trailer for the float will arrive at my house on Thursday sometime. It has bench seats for several riders. I will be decorating it on Friday. I am still looking for a vehicle to pull the trailer/float in the parade. (2" tow ball needed, but I may have a receiver hitch with ball kicking around here somewhere.)

I am hoping to have heavy fighters doing some fighting at slow downs along the route.

If people bring bags of candy to hand out I would be oh so greatful. Do we have at least some business cards to hand out along the way?

i am planning on coming. I have the trifold black and whiet brochures from the main SCA website set up to print with our groups information. I'll print up a couple of hundred or so so we can have some to hand out at the parade and for anyone who wants to have some to hand out wherever.

Juli and I should be there as well. I will see what I can do about having Juli print out some more cards, if we can find the file for the ones she made up for last year.

Hello, still planing on being there. We could use my truck to pull the float but I dont let people drive my truck, sorry way it goes. So let me know what you need me to do, fight or drive.

I do believe but are not sure if NOrm and Norman will be there I will post on Wednesday .

Well I am probably NOT going to be fighting since I will probably have to head back to work right after the parade. so I can always pull the trailer with my vehicle.

Will we be decorating that morning at the parking lot then?

I am decorating this afternoon/evening in my driveway. I have green skirting to cover the trailer. If anybody has green X-mas tinsel garland that would be nice. The trailer measures 5 x 15 ish. There are 1x1 inch square holes to put in poles for banners if anybody has any.

I bought 2 bags of candy to give out. If people bring more candy I would be greatful.

Has a vehicle to pull the trailer been confirmed? I haven't heard anything one way or the other but I know a couple offers are out there..

Sean/Paul if you will pull the float with your truck, that will be most excellent!! The trailer requires a 2" tow ball does your truck have one? (1 7/8" is too small, I think I have one somewhere let me know).
